Our Story

“Strategic Action is needed to increase the reach”

GCSE (Gabi Cole Social Enterprise) partners with social and community organizations to transform fund development and capacity building into values-driven, equity-centered practices. We support leaders who are committed to justice, community well-being, and authentic relationships and who want to build power without compromising their values.

Our work is grounded in racial equity, healing, liberatory fundraising, and the belief that organizations thrive when people thrive. We help clients build sustainable infrastructure, deepen community engagement, and develop strategy rooted in purpose, belonging, and care.
